Pickled Cottage Cheese Jalfrezi Recipe Ingredients
  1. Cottage Cheese (cubed) (Nine hundred) grams
  2. Capsicum (cut lengthwise) (one)
  3. Carrot (cut into rounds) (one)
  4. Lemons (two)
  5. Green chilies (cut thin lengthwise) (four)
  6. Tomatoes (cut finely) (four)
  7. Tomato Ketchup (one) cup
  8. Chili sauce (half) cup
  9. Red chilies (crushed) (one) tsp 
  10. Black pepper (crushed) (one) tsp
  11. Onion seeds  (some)
  12. Cumin seeds (some)
  13. (roasted and powdered) (one) tsp
  14. Garlic or Ginger paste (one) tbsp
  15. Salt (to taste)
  16. Cooking Oil (one) cup
Pickled Cottage Cheese Jalfrezi Recipe Method
  • Mix juice of one lemon and red chilies, Cumin seeds in Cheese and keep have  aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add some tomato ketchup, Chili sauce, Black pepper, Ginger or Garlic, Onion seeds and salt mix and cook for (few) minutes.
  • Lightly supray oil on frying wok mix-fry cheese, green chillies, Carrot, tomatoes and capsicup and add into pan.
  • Add remaining all lemon juice and put on dum and Serve Hot.
