Pickled Cottage Cheese Jalfrezi Recipe Ingredients
- Cottage Cheese (cubed) (Nine hundred) grams
- Capsicum (cut lengthwise) (one)
- Carrot (cut into rounds) (one)
- Lemons (two)
- Green chilies (cut thin lengthwise) (four)
- Tomatoes (cut finely) (four)
- Tomato Ketchup (one) cup
- Chili sauce (half) cup
- Red chilies (crushed) (one) tsp
- Black pepper (crushed) (one) tsp
- Onion seeds (some)
- Cumin seeds (some)
- (roasted and powdered) (one) tsp
- Garlic or Ginger paste (one) tbsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Cooking Oil (one) cup
- Mix juice of one lemon and red chilies, Cumin seeds in Cheese and keep have aside.
- Heat oil in a pan add some tomato ketchup, Chili sauce, Black pepper, Ginger or Garlic, Onion seeds and salt mix and cook for (few) minutes.
- Lightly supray oil on frying wok mix-fry cheese, green chillies, Carrot, tomatoes and capsicup and add into pan.
- Add remaining all lemon juice and put on dum and Serve Hot.
