Fruit Cake Recipe Ingredients

Refined flour (Two hundreds) grams
Eggs (Four)
Sugar (Two hundreds) grams
Red and green compote (One) cup
Walnuts (half) cup
Baking powder (Two) tsp
Butter (Two hundreds) grams
Vanilla essence (few drops)

Fruit Cake Recipe Method

Just Mix together eggs, butter and sugar with an electric beater.
Add flour, baking powder and vanilla essence and mix with electric beater.
Add compote and walnuts and mix once again.
Grease baking wok and cake mixture in it.
Bake in a preheated over at (Two hundred c) for (Forty) minutes, Then remove.
Now your Fruit cake is Ready.
