Almond and Rice Flour Laddoos Recipes Ingredients
  1. Rice flour (Three cups)
  2. Almonds (peeled and chopped) (Two) tbsp
  3. Brown sugar (one and half) cup
  4. Whole dried milk (half) cup
  5. Green cardomom powder (half) tsp
  6. White sesame or poppy seeds (roasted) (as required)
  7. Clarified butter (Two cups)
Almond and Rice Flour Laddoos Recipes Method
  • Mix whole dried milk and almonds in a bowl and take for while some minutes aside.
  • Heat clarified butter in a Wok and add milk powder rice flour, and then fry, stirring continuously on low flame hill golden.
  • Take out fried flour in a pan add milk powder and brown sugar and knead together into dough.
  • Take a little dough and flatten with palm of your hand and put whole dried milk in center of the dough and shape into balls.
  • Repeat process again and again to make balls with remaining all dough.
  • Grease balls with pure butter or plain butter.
  • Coat with sesame or poppy seeds and serve.
