Fish Tikka Shahslick Recipe Ingredients
- King fish fillet (cubed) (half) kg
- Capsicums (cubed) (two)
- Tomatoes (cubed (three)
- Onions (cubed) (two)
- Egg whites (beaten) (two)
- Tomato Ketchup (one) cup
- Black pepper (crushed) (one) tsp
- Red chillies (crushed) (one) tbsp
- Soya sauce (one) tbsp
- White vinegar (two) tbsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (as required + two) tbsp
- Lemons (two)
- Turmeric powder (one) tsp
- Cumin seeds (roasted, crushed) (one) tsp
- Salt (to taste)
Fish Tikka Shahslick Recipe Method
- Apply one tbsp Vinegar on the fish keep aside and wash after (ten) minutes.Marinade fish with just marinade ingredients and again keep on aside for (Five) minutes.Heat oil in a pan.Coat fish with egg whites and fry till the golden.Remove.Heat (Two) tbsp oil in frying wok, fry Capsicum, onions and tomatoes lightly and remove.Place fried fish and vegetables in serving dish.
- Cook tomato ketchup and red chillies, black pepper, soya sauce, remaining all vinegar and salt in a wok for (few) minutes: pour over fish and vegetables, and Serve
