Ingredients


  • Whole chicken (half) kg
  • Lemon juice (half) cup
  • Gulzaar speacial spices (One) tbsp
  • Gram flour (roasted) (one and half) tsp
  • Chaat masala (Six) tbsp
  • Lemon (Three)
  • Lettuce (Fours) leaves
  • Oil for frying

Chargha Masala Recipe Method

  • Mix lemon juice, Gulzar,s spices and garam flour in a bowl.
  • Apply over chicken: wrap in plastic bag and set have aside for (Two) hours.
  • Stream for (Thirty) minutes in a steamer or Oven
  • Most of the people also stream on a presure cooker.
  • Heat oil in wide-necked pot and fry chicken till golden.
  • Serve delicious chargha masala with chaat masala, lettuce and finely cut lemon.

To prepare gulzar special masala

  • roast and grind kashmiri chillies (One hundred and twenty five) grams
  • Red chillies (Rajasthani) (One hundred and twenty five) grams
  • Cumin seeds (One hundred)  grams
  • Long pepper (One) tbsp
  • Coriander seeds (Four) tbsp
  • Cloves (Six)
  • Green cardamoms (Ten)
  • Star anise (Four) and Mace (One) tsp.
  • use (as required)
