Ingredients
- Whole chicken (half) kg
- Lemon juice (half) cup
- Gulzaar speacial spices (One) tbsp
- Gram flour (roasted) (one and half) tsp
- Chaat masala (Six) tbsp
- Lemon (Three)
- Lettuce (Fours) leaves
- Oil for frying
Chargha Masala Recipe Method
- Mix lemon juice, Gulzar,s spices and garam flour in a bowl.
- Apply over chicken: wrap in plastic bag and set have aside for (Two) hours.
- Stream for (Thirty) minutes in a steamer or Oven
- Most of the people also stream on a presure cooker.
- Heat oil in wide-necked pot and fry chicken till golden.
- Serve delicious chargha masala with chaat masala, lettuce and finely cut lemon.
To prepare gulzar special masala
- roast and grind kashmiri chillies (One hundred and twenty five) grams
- Red chillies (Rajasthani) (One hundred and twenty five) grams
- Cumin seeds (One hundred) grams
- Long pepper (One) tbsp
- Coriander seeds (Four) tbsp
- Cloves (Six)
- Green cardamoms (Ten)
- Star anise (Four) and Mace (One) tsp.
- use (as required)
