Potato and Bihari Pasanday sandwich Ingredients
- Beef Undercut (half) kg
- Potatoes (Boiled and mashed) (four)
- Mayonnaise (one) cup
- Bread (ten) slices
- Lemons (two)
- Green chillies (cut finely) (four)
- Fresh milk (half) cup
- Black pepper (crushed) (two) tsp
- Butter (one) tbsp
- Raw papaya (paste) (two) tbsp
- Bihari masala (packet) (three) tbsp
- Garlic or Ginger paste (half) tbsp
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (as required)
- Mix mayonnaise and (One) tsp black pepper, Green chilies and juice of (One) lemon and mashed potatoes.
- Beat the beef with the mallet so it flattens.
- Marinate with papaya.Garlic or Ginger paste ,and add all lemon juice, and all black pepper, bihari masala and salt and leave them for (half hour).
- Spray a Little Cooking oil on the pan and cook the beef.
- And cut the beef into the half slices and cook in the oil.
- Now put (one) spoon of milk and (one) spoon of potato mixture on it and put a peice of beef top with other piece of slice.
- Now your Sandwich are complete.
