  1. Chicken (four hundred) grams
  2. Salt (as you need)
  3. Hot Masala 
  4. Bayleaf (one)
  5. Onion (one)
  6. Tomato (one)
  7. Green Chillies (two)
  8. Dried Red Chillies (one)
  9. Red Chillies Powder (one) tsp
  10. Mix Chicken Masala Powder (one) tsp
  11. Sugar (one) tsp
  12. Turmeric Powder (one) tsp
  13. Ginger or Garlic Paste (one) tsp
  14. Potatoes (three)

Best Bengali Chicken Curry Recipe Method

  • Marinate chicken with salt, chicken masala, turmeric powder and ginger garlic glue for around (one) hour.
  • Cut tomato into little pieces, potato into half and make a paste of onion and green chilly.
  • Heat oil in cooking utensil then add whole garam masala with herb and dried red chilly to crackle in oil. Pour onion paste and fry it till it brown. Add marinated chicken and potato, fry it. Stir incessantly for regarding (ten to fifteen) minutes . Add tomato. Pour water as needed. Atlast shut the lid of the cooking utensil for regarding (two) whistlets.
