Prawn Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce Ingredients
- Prawns (half) kg
- Spaghetti (boiled) (two hundred fifty) grams
- Tomatoes (chopped) (Half) kg
- Garlic Paste (One) tbsp
- Green Chillies (Cut finely) (Six)
- Tomato Puree (Three) tbsp
- Black Pepper (crushed) (half) tsp
- Cumin Seeds (crushed) (One) tsp
- Carom Seeds (crushed) (Half) tsp
- Coriander Seeds (crushed) (One) tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil (Half) cup
- Fresh Coriander (chopped) for garnishing
Prawn Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce Recipe Method
- Remove shells from prawns without removing tail, sprinkle salt.
- Heat oil in frying pan , fry prawns and remove.
- Fry garlic in same oil.Add tomatoes and green chillies and cook for (few) minutes.
- Add all ingredients except prawns and spaghetti and cook until Cooking Oil separates.
- Add prawns and spaghetti remove in a dish and garnish with fresh coriander.
