Raw Mangoes Chatni or Keri Ki Chatni Ingredients
- Raw Mangoes (one and half) kg
- Sugar (one) cup
- Red Chillies (Six to Seven) dry
- Garlic (little)
- White Vinegar (half) cup
- Risen (as you need)
- Dry Dates (as you need)
Raw Mangoes Chatni or Keri Ki Chatni Recipe Methods
- Cut the mangoes in thin cuts then bubble (five) minutes and deplete the water.
- Cut the chillis and garlic little piece then put sugar and water and after that place Raw Mangoes in it and all flavors.
- Risen and Dry Dates cook for (fifteen) minutes then pore White Vinegar and again cook (five) minutes.
- At that point let them cool and keep in container in cooler.
