Mango Ice Cream Ingredients
- Milk (one) kg
- Sugar (six) tbsp
- Fresh Cream (four) tbsp
- Khoya (half) cup
- Custard Powder (two) tbsp
- Cardamom Grinned (half) tsp
- Mango (half) cup
Mango Ice Cream Recipe Method
- Cook milk till bubbling.
- Include sugar and cook till lessened to (four) cups.
- Disintegrate loaded custard powder (half) cup of cold icy milk.
- At that point add to the bubbling milk, mixing till blend.
- At the point when thickes include khoya and cook for (five) minutes.
