  1. Leek (cut finely) (one) Stalk
  2. Large prawns (half) kg
  3. Onion (chopped) (One)
  4. Spring Onions (cut finely) (Two) Stalks
  5. Tomatoes (boiled and chopped) (Two)
  6. Garlic (chopped) (Four) Cloves
  7. Red chilies (crushed) (One) tsp
  8. Black peppercorns (crushed) (One) tsp
  9. Tumeric powder (Half) tsp
  10. Cumin powder (half) tsp
  11. Lemon juice (One) tbsp
  12. Fresh coriander (chopped) (Two) tbsp
  13. Salt (to taste)
  14. Cooking Oil (Three) tbsp

Masala Prawns With Leek Recipe Method.
  • De-vein prawns and split them open without expelling tails
