  9. Garlic (chopped) (four) cloves
  10. Ginger (chopped) (One) medium piece
  11. Turmeric powder (one) tsp
  12. Cumin seeds (Crushed) (one) tsp
  13. Coriander powder (one) tsp
  14. Cumin powder (one) tsp
  15. Red chillies (Crushed) (One) tsp
  16. Tomarind pulp (Three) tbsp
  17. Water (One) cup
  18. Salt (to taste)
  19. Oil (Half) Cup
Lentil Spinach Masala Recipe Method
  • Warm oil in a wok and broil garlic and ginger until they emit smell. 
  • Include Onions and sear till brilliant. 
  • Include Tomatoes both kind of Cumin, Tumeric, Coriander and Red chillies
  • Blend, Add lentils and sear for (Five) minutes Add spinach, tamarind mash, salt and water and cook on low fire.
