Vegetable Masala Recipes Ingredients
- Carrot (cut into small pieces) (One)
- Bottle ground (cut into small pieces) (One)
- Cauliflower (break flowers) (half)
- Head Capsicum (cut into small pieces) (One)
- Potatoes (cut into small pieces) (One)
- Peas (half cup)
- Chickpeas (boiled) (half cup)
- Yogurt (Two hundreds fifty) grams
- Red chilli powder (Two) tbsp
- Cumin Powder (One) tbsp
- Coriander Powder (One) tbsp
- Mace and nutmeg Powder (half) tsp
- Ginger or Garlic paste (Two) tbsp
- Ginger Powder (Two) Pinches
- Salt (to taste)
- Oil (Half Cup)
Recipes Method
- Heat oil in a wok and fry the Ginger or Garlic till Golden add Vegetables and Chickpeas and then fry for (Fifteen) Minutes add all remaining ingredients and cook on low flame with lid on.
- When vegetables become tender and then just increase your flame and fry till water dries and when your water dries totally so right now your vegetable masla recipie is ready Serve hot.
