Smoked Fish Recipe Ingredients

  1. Fish fillet (any kind) (half) kg
  2. Cardamom (powdered) (One)
  3. Cumin (roasted and ground) (half) tsp
  4. Fennel powder (half) tsp
  5. Red chilli powder one and (half) tsp
  6. Coriander powder one and (half)
  7. Pomegranate seeds (powdered) (Two) tbsp
  8. Tamarind pulp (Three) tbsp
  9. Fresh coriander (chopped) (Three) tbsp
  10. Salt (to taste)
  11. Hot oil (Three) tbsp

Smoked Fish Recipe Method

  • Pat fish dry with absorbent paper.
  • Mix Salt, Red chilies, Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Cardamom and Pomegranate in a bowl.
  • Coast fish with this mixture.
  • Put Your fish in a hot frying pan. Pour one and half tsp Tamarind and one and half tbsp hot Oil over fish and just the fry.
  • After (Five) minutes turn fillet over and pour remaining tamarind and oil on fish and fry again.
  • Fry only for (Five) more minutes.
  • Right Now your fish is ready.
  • Serve scrumptious fish Garnished with coriander.
