Pineapple Pulao Recipe Ingredients

  1. Boiled rice (Two) cups
  2. Pineapple (One) can
  3. Saffron (soaked in water) (half) tsp
  4. Sugar (Half Cup)
  5. Cinnamon (Two) sticks
  6. Cardamoms (Three)
  7. Black peppercorns (Five)
  8. Cloves (Two)
  9. Almonds (peeled) (as required)
  10. Salt (half) tsp
  11. Clarified butter (Half) Cup
  12. Fresh Coriander for garnishing

Pineapple Pulao Recipe Method

  • Cook Sugar and (One) cup water in saucepan to make syrup.
  • Cut pineapple into the small pieces.
  • Heat clarified butter in a wok.Fry cinnamon,cardamom,pepper corns and cloves.
  • Add rice and salt and mix very well.
  • Add your sugar syrup and mix very well.
  • Add pineapples , almonds and saffron and Then cover Wok with lid.
  • After (Fifteen) minutes , mix again and remove when water dries.
  • Now you have done your recipe.
  • Serve garnished with coriander.
