Pineapple Pulao Recipe Ingredients
- Boiled rice (Two) cups
- Pineapple (One) can
- Saffron (soaked in water) (half) tsp
- Sugar (Half Cup)
- Cinnamon (Two) sticks
- Cardamoms (Three)
- Black peppercorns (Five)
- Cloves (Two)
- Almonds (peeled) (as required)
- Salt (half) tsp
- Clarified butter (Half) Cup
- Fresh Coriander for garnishing
Pineapple Pulao Recipe Method
- Cook Sugar and (One) cup water in saucepan to make syrup.
- Cut pineapple into the small pieces.
- Heat clarified butter in a wok.Fry cinnamon,cardamom,pepper corns and cloves.
- Add rice and salt and mix very well.
- Add your sugar syrup and mix very well.
- Add pineapples , almonds and saffron and Then cover Wok with lid.
- After (Fifteen) minutes , mix again and remove when water dries.
- Now you have done your recipe.
- Serve garnished with coriander.
