Cream Meatballs or malai Koftay Ingreadients
- Minced beef (Three hundreds) grams
- Red Chilli Powder (One) tsp
- Tara hot spices powder (One) tbsp
- Rice (One) tbsp
- Ginger (One) inch piece
- Turmeric Powder (half) tsp
- Poppy Seeds (Two) tbsp
- Roasted grams (Two) tbsp
- Salt (half) tsp
For Gravy
- Ginger or Garlic paste (Two) tbsp
- Cardamom (One)
- Green Cardamom (One)
- Green Chillies (Three)
- Onion (finely cut) (One) cup
- Cream (half )(cup)
- Tomato puree (one and half cup)
- Cinnamon (One) inch stick
- Red Chilli Powder (One) tsp
- Tara hot spices powder (One) tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds (Two) tsp
- Oil (half) cup
Recipe Method
- Finely blend grams , rice and poppy seeds and add minced meat and remaining all spices and blend again then add (One) tbsp cream to the mince , make small balls and keep aside.
- Heat Oil in a Wok fry Onion till golden add all remaining curry ingredients and cook till the oil separates and add meat balls (one) by (one) at a time and let simmer on low flame .
- When gravy thickens and meat balls are cooked then add all remaining cream and keep on Dum.
- Dish out and Garnish with fenugreek and fresh cream
Finely grind (two) tsp whole peppercornsTo prepare tara hot spices
Cumin seeds (two) tsp
Coriander (two) tsp
Cloves (twelve) use as required.
